.
I want to draw
the sweet sounds
that fall from your fingertips.
The pauses between.
Harmony.
The fall of your hair,
an echo of the Mulberry tree.
Your legs tangled,
sweet skin.
Toes playing
at the bottom of the chair.
Such mellow moments
like nectar in my mouth.
so beautiful!

Splendid poem. And thank you for sharing that notebook! My heart leaps to see words and visions on paper, even on a screen…

I was inspired to post the sketches by geo’s works in progress, Sunshine. Such a lovely idea to see the drawings growing. And yes, I’m in love with my notebook. It is a beautiful thing to respond to something in the moment, returning to the grass roots of creativity.
